Landmark Innovation Forum and Expo 2025 (LIFE2025) - Halliburton’s premier technology and business event - kicked off on April 28 at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel in Miami, Florida. The event welcomed 811 senior executives, domain experts, and thought leaders representing 186 energy companies from across the globe.
The 3-day event featured technical sessions, keynotes, workshops, panel discussions, and expos that showcased how data, science, AI and digital orchestration can accelerate the journey towards an intelligent enterprise for upstream companies.
Interactive workshops
We organized 4 interactive workshops as part of the LIFE2025 event which were attended by 91 participants representing energy companies from across the globe. Participants appreciated the tailored sessions, spanning reservoir management, asset management, petroleum economics, and well construction. The workshops served as a forum for cross-organizational knowledge exchange, alignment of strategic initiatives, and constructive discussions.
As part of the workshop, Halliburton domain specialists worked wi the participants to showcase how DecisionSpace® 365 suite can help them lower productivity costs through automation, build and execute complex economic models, address uncertainties in reservoir modeling and accelerate well program delivery through fully integrated workflows.
Customer advisory board
LIFE2025 hosted 8 customer advisory board meetings covering 8 different domains and technology tracks (Digital Well Construction, Agile Asset Management, Subsurface Predictions, DS365.ai, Platform Technologies & NDRs, Carbon Management, Unified Ensemble Modeling and Automation). This year, we had 134 senior executives from global E&P companies attend the customer advisory board meetings. The engagement helped to strengthen Landmark’s position as the trusted digital partner for upstream companies. These sessions also ensured that Halliburton’s product lifecycle and feature roadmaps were closely aligned with our customer’s strategic goals and business priorities.
Executive roundtable
The executive roundtable meeting at LIFE2025 was a closed-group collaborative session featuring over 100 leaders from global upstream companies and top executives from Halliburton. The sessions were marked by thoughtful discussions, valuable perspectives, and spirit of shared success. Key discussion points centered around how emerging technologies like AI, machine learning models and advanced automation can be used to optimize prospect generation, reservoir development, well design, asset management and data management.
Day 1 of LIFE2025 also featured a private expo tour for Halliburton senior executives and leaders from other energy companies. LIFE2025 had 24 expo booths, which included those by sponsors and partners like AWS, Microsoft and Google Cloud.
The expo booths provided the perfect platform for our sponsors and partners to showcase and promote their technologies to C-suite and decision makers from global energy companies.
